How do I request sponsorship from Sola?

Please send requests to solacosmetic@gmail.comso that we can forward it to our Marketing Department.

When does Sola have sales

We have sales periodically. The best way to know when are having a sale is to sign up for our e-mail list. You can do this when you create an account on our site or use the form at the bottom of the homepage with the email (envelope) icon.

Can you send me a catalog?

We currently only have catalogs for our wholesale/distributors only. The most up-to-date place to see our products is on our website, www.sobeauty.co.th.

Where is my order?

Please note orders can take 1-2 full business days to process in our warehouse before shipping. Then, with standard shipping, the order may take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to arrive. When the order is listed as complete on the website it means that it has been processed, but that does not mean it has shipped. When your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure to check your Spam/Junk Folder and add solacosmetic@gmail.com to your safe list.

What is your return policy?

Simple and easy, it's all about you! Please note that returns are only on items purchased through www.solathailand.com. Items purchased from any other store or website will

not be returned or exchanged. What you need to do: Ask for internet returns and exchanges. Give them your order number and reason for return or exchange. Mail package with return/exchange items inside along with a completed return/exchange form (see below). You will be sent a return shipping label and/or prepaid

postage envelope. Once your items have been received we will process your refund or send out your exchange. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you call until the time you receive your refund on your exchange. Please note we only use Thailand post to ship our products.

Please allow up to 1 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped. Please allow 1 full business day for expedited shipping orders (2-day or Overnight) to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped.

Please note that expedited orders placed on Friday cannot be delivered on the weekend. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped by the following Tueday. Please Note

SoBeauty is closed on the weekends and major holidays. Free ground shipping is on Thailand orders. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available or to suggest an alternative. Although we try to have the item in stock at all times, it is not always possible.
